Like all our cat foods, this recipe is Uristic, a word that means optimized for long term urinary tract health. The formula’s 1% Methionine, found naturally occuring in our fresh ingredients and supplemented to optimal levels, raises the acidity of urine. This helps break down urine crystals and in turn reduces inflammation of the urinary tract and the chance of infections.
